Could someone make a time circuit for a waterpump?

Seems fairly simple, just keeps time while power is applied to pump and starts up where left off. Must also keep total if battery disconnected and be resettable. Does anyone know of a circuit like that either as design layout or built out?

What you want is a 12 VDC Run Time Meter. You can get these at an eletronic supply house. Many boat shops or marinas also carry them as boats don't use milage for their maintenance schedules they use hours.

Try that one.
I wouldn't count on it too much for timing when an electric waterpump will go out. The 2500 hours they are rated are not even close to accurate. (ask how I know )

Go to any John Deere dealer and ask for part number GY20528. Has memory when it's off and counts when it gets 12 volts and it's only about $8.00. If you wire in with the pump supply, it would only count when the pump is running. Suppose if you want to save life on the pump, you could use a tick tock switch like racers do.
