I have 94 z28. Last week the car started to spit coolant out of the reserve tank. Some people have stated that the radiator cap could be bad or a blown head gasket can cause that problem. Last night when I was checking the radiator out I notice a small hole spitting out coolant and air about an inch below the radiator cap could this be my problem

Well if your seeing coolant coming out from under the neck area then yes you need another radiator. The radiator tanks can't be fix cause it's plastic, now you can rig something temporary like weld puddy and see if it close the small hole in the tank. If the coolant does hold from the tank, and you still see coolant coming out from the overfill tank then it can be a bad cap, or head gasket.
