Could my SLP CAI be a bottle neck?

I was thinking after reading an earlier post regarding CAI filter cfm. In the thread it was noted that the conical filter of the K&N CAI flowed something in the area of 900 cfm. Since a 58mm or larger TB flows more a larger filter would be needed to get rid of the restriction etc. This ofcourse would need at a minimum a descreened MAF or larger MAF.....

Mainly my question is if that large of a filter flows 900 cfm than the tiny two filters of the SLP system would be way below that, thus theoretically producing a bottle neck.

On stock or mildly modifed cars this is probably of no cocern but when trying to eek out every last bit of power of a highly modified NA motor I thought it was of some concern.

Anyone have any insight on this?

I doubt it. It probably flows more air than your motor would ever need.

I agree, pretty much a straight in design, no major bends, etc.

Now that would be an awsome project...it would put to rest which one is better etc etc.
