Could Low Vacuum....

Could low vacuum for a big cam make the pcv not function properly sometimes?

I wouldnt think so. Even a big cam will have ~10" or so of vacuum, the stock cam has ~17 or so. Obviously the big cam has less but there is still suction for the PCV to work IMHO.
