Could I make 350 rwhp with this???
Yall think i could make 350 rwhp. My mods are LT 3inchXpipe. 373 gears, 52mm 36lbs fast injectors, 3500 stall,160ts, pcmforless tune, le2 heads, comp cams 233, 242 568 587 lift on 112 lsa.
Just wanted to know what yall think of my setup. I really want to hit 11's on motor but if i dont i got an NX kit that will get me there.

well my budy T/a kid. Which we live in the same town said i could but i didnt know b/c i took my car to the dyno one day and only made like 242hp, 317t rwhp and and only made 335hp and 415t with a 150 shot of NX. But i can run good times at the track. I only had blot ons at this time. I went 8.4 in the 8th with 1.8 60ft motor. 7.60 on the nos with 1.7ft

LE2 Heads, plus that cam should put you a good bit over 350 at the wheels.
If cars like mine with no headwork and a hotcam/bolt-ons can make 350.....
Well, your automatic and stall will suck some up.....but really, its what you run at the strip, not what your car can dyno.

My EB porting heads only flow about 250 cfm. I made 428rwhp with a slightly larger cam through a th350, nonlockup converter, and a moser 12 bolt. I sure hope that you see more than 350 with your mods.

The stall may hurt but my setup did 351 rwhp at 6000 rpms.
Nu-tek 383
Nu-tek CNC ported LT1 castings, stock valves
EVERY BOLT ON MOD
LT4 hotcam with GMPP 1.6 SA rockers
PCMforless mail ordered tune
2500 pro torque stall
3" Denny's n20 ready DS
Moser 12 bolt, 3.42 gears.
Going for a Bret Bauer cam and it should be in the 390 rwhp range with the cam and dyno tune,

Hey John (aka nonosvt)you have to remember that you dynoed 242hp, 317t rwhp on a MUSTANG dyno From my knowledge they tend to see about 30RW less than a Dynojet (Dynojet seems to be the standard). So in reality I could see your car making 270-280 RWHP on a Dynojet not bad for a nice bolt on LT1. You said you made 335hp and 415t with a 150 shot of NX. That does look more like a 100 shot than a 150, maybe you thought it was a 150 but the pills may have been off, since you had a 93RWHP increase. NX is really good about getting dead on or very close to the pill you are shooting.
I would think that our fuel system would have trouble keeping up with a 150 shot, but thats another argument .
To the person who said that he should have went with the LE2 cam, I see where you are coming from. John's cam will perform well, I believe its near the specs of say the LE2 cam, but most people get too caught up on LSA, duration, and lift when in reality thats only have the battle. I would say the other various aspects of a cam, (IO/C, EO/C, OL, ICL, LCA) Cam timing events, and valve events are whats critical. But most people don't even tend to acknowledge such things. AND BTW guys a dyno tech can get the stall to lock for a dyno Run
Alot of people can make 350RWHP with stock heads on a bolt on car with a cam.
BlackScreaminMachine, your dyno numbers a low for the mods you have, even for a hot cam car. I don't know how good the nutek Lt1 heads are since they are no longer in business, but 383 with a nice size cam and a ported LT1 head should do 400RWHP no problem, you need a dyno tune brother, not a mail order tune. You do this when you see how much more power you'll make with a Baur cam and dyno tune.
Overall the car should and will do around 380-400RWHP, with everything dead on. Mods like a Electric water pump, and a few other bolt-ons and it will hit the numbers you are looking for.
Also john I am sending my Super Vic off Friday, when I get it back I would actually like to see what my intake would do on your motor. once you get it broken in lets go get it dynoed, bring it back to my shop on the weekend and bolt on my Converted super vic and go back the next day for another dyno pull.
