cost effective 300+ rwhp

I have a bone stock 94' Z28 M6
I would like to know the best cost effective way to achieve 300+ rwhp. I'm looking for power in the name of reliability

You can get right close to or slightly above the 300 mark with all the bolt-ons... CAI, exhaust, headers, electric water pump, pullies, 1.6RR

you would be well over 300 with a full bolt-on car.

Long tubes, full exhaust, CAI and 1.6 RRs should be enough.
