cooling problem

cooling problem
I added coolant through the water pump and everything I added ran right out the back of the block. I have the coolant crossover tube on nice and tight, any ideas why it would run out like that?

Ok I found that the passenger side coolant crossover bolt went in on an angle. Its a new bolt so how can I fix this? Should I run a tap through the hole or can the tube being bent a little cause this?
