I bought a Jet cooling fan controler for my '95 zee, but couldn't remove the passenger side pipe plug from the cylinder head. Has anyone done this successfully, and how did you do it? A few days ago, with outside temps at 100+ degrees, I took a half mile cruise around the block and the water temp was up to around 230 already before I saw it settle down to 220.If there are other plug-in products that are pre-programed at lower than stock temps (other than a re-programer) could you guys give me some feedback? The Jet harness should work great, but my hand just isn't teeny enough to wrench off and on the plug and sensor.Tool solutions anyone? thanks edman

 

With the correct fittings and adapters you can splice the sensor into a heater hose.
