Question coolant???not shure if i spelled that right

my coolant light turned on today on the way home from dropping my wifey off at work . . .now im bout to flush my radiater . .and i was wondering what kind of coolant i should use . . thank for the replys..

ive checked it and it is low but i figure i should just flush it and put fresh stuff in there . . it only takes about a half hour

Isnt all coolant the same? there is just the green and the red kind? You live in CA so it doenst get too cold and you shouldnt have to worry about freezing, i would say just use water and water wetter...your engine will run alot cooler. If you put water wetter and coolant, the coolant reduces the ability of the water wetter...
