Angry Coolant in my oil!!!

I overheated and I know that means that I either cracked a head, my block, or blew a head gasket. Is there a way I can tell which one it is? (Without taking it to a shop)....How much would a shop charge for to do the work? IS there any way I would be able to do it myself when the most I have done is install headers? I could probably get some people to help me out but it would mostly just be me.
Thanks
Craig

I would count on $1000+ if you take it to a shop.

Take the heads off and take them to a machine shop and have them "pressure tested" $30-50. if OK, check for warp, install new headgaskets and like new. Now would be a good time for a cam swap.

Wait til you see the valve cover its gonna be all nice and yellow gunked up. I just blew a head gasket but somehow I ended with ported heads and a cam and a whole new valvetrain when I put it back together

Oh yeah and most likely you did blow a headgasket you will also start to get a misfire code soon if you havent already from the coolant getting on your plugs and thats how you will know cuz mine was missing on # 7 and sure enough that was the plug and the only clean chamber on the head. It was clean because coolant is abrasive and actually cleans it but hurts it

No first I would take all the plugs out and look for one with coolant on it if you found one or a couple(mostlikely from same head) then I could guarantee like 95% you have a blown head gasket
