Coolant Light is on for no reason!

It was a hot day and the low coolant light came on, and I filled it up more with some water but its still on. I even drained out the system and refilled it and its still on, I even tried to bleed the valves a little bit but still. It just came up about 2 weeks ago everything was fine since. But now the light is on and it feels like the car is heating up faster.

Do you have an electric water pump, or is it stock. When the car is running is there water leaking? Might try seeing if there is water circulating into the radiator, **SLOWLY** remove the cap while the engine is running, and see if any water is being circulated back into the radiator, the hose is right on top.

The waterpump has been replaced, but with the OEM part so its not the electric one, and it has been working fine. Yes while the engine is on the water is ciculating, the water rises and lowers and I can see water come out from a little hole inside (from the resevoir)

Ditto. Change your low coolant sensor in front of the radiator. My car did the same thing and it was just the sensor.
