the coolant line going to the metal line on the passenger side of the car between the intake and the valve cover busted, sprayed coolant everywhere, opti seems fine, but now the altinator is making a different noise...

is it possible that the altinator's bearings could get messed up cause coolant sprayed everywhere? it sort of sounds like that noise...

 

Is it completely dry now? Maybe under the belt is still wet and the noise is from that?
