Re: coolant hose
its the hose on the right. I have part number 10236039 which includes the first part of the heater outlet hose but not the second.

GM 10236039 [which you say you have?..] is the 'hose heater inlet and outlet' assembly and consists of: # 3,4,5,7,12,13,14,15,16,17,20,21

it looks like hose number 11, 12, 13, 14, 15
that whole assembly thing.
[see above] except #11 which is a clamp, [you can use a regular stainless worm type hose clamp]#12 is GM ' heater inlet front hose' GM p/n 10188037 goes from the 'heater
water flow control valve' [by the water pump] to the 'water pump lower
passenger side inlet fitting'
#13 is the 'heater water flow control valve' GM 10188036
#14 is just a plastic hoop that doesn't do much, and you should already have..
#15 GM 'heater inlet front hose' GM p/n 10146991 goes from the 'lower 3/4" front heater line inlet pipe' to the 'heater water flow control valve' by the water pump [that the '3/4" elbow' goes into, on the other side of that valve]
#16 is also a clamp, you can use a regular stainless worm type hose clamp....
The clamps on the stock unit are swaged on aluminum but can be Dremeled off carefully[ be careful the hard pipe is also soft aluminum] Just slit it some then put a screwdriver in and twist it to finish the splitting off..
If what you mean is that #12 or #15 are leaking, or the #13 flow control valve broke, then you can Dremel off #16 and the 2 clamps on the flow control valve and just replace those 2 hoses or the valve with above GM p/n's [or even use pieces of 3/4" heater hose..]
I did that when I changed to the Goodyear Hi Miler kit[ and also upgraded to 95-7 hose configuration]
That kit is missing #15 hose and I used reg 3/4" heater hose for it..
Still a little confused how you have the whole assembly [GM 10236039] but still need 11,12,13,14,15?
