Coolant in the cylinder?

Is this a major problem? When removing the passenger side head, some of the undrained coolant got into the # 4 and # 8 cylinders. I got the coolant out of the cylinder right away. About 2 ounces of coolant got into the cylindners. I got out most of the coolant, but there still just a tiny bit in the cylinder.
Is this something to be concerned about? When experiencing a blown head gasket, doesn't coolant get into the cylinders?

Thanks

It's a common thing to get some coolant in the cylinder when removing the heads. It has happened to me. Just change the oil. I wouldn't worry about it.
