I'm wondering as well. In the owners manual I believe it says to use silicon grease.

Don't know what's best, but I'll never use Armorall or anything else that contains silicone. When it rains it rinses the stuff down your windows (from the T-tops). Silicone polymerizes to glass! It's next to impossible to get it off. Found out the hard way when I went to put decals on the top of my windshield. I'm on the third set. After a while they wash off in the rain because they can't stick due to the silicone on the glass.

Zaino's Z16 tire gloss works well. It's water-based, so no silicone residue.
