can i change out my computer from my 94' camaro z28 to a used computer from another one with or without programing ?

 

Yes but you have to make sure the service numbers match. Check your service number and find a matching number computer. In my 94 I only use computers with the service # 16188051 I have been through 4 due to tuning cable failures. I try and keep 4 on hand at all times. To answer the other part of your question yoe its plug and play as long as the service numbers match.

 

If you need a computer there is a guy at High Point auto Salvage in N. Carolina who took a pcm out of a 95 camaro z28 (for me) but I ended up finding one closer. I think he said $60? Anyway here's the # 800.672.4396
