cyl#2 208 psi

are these #'s good for 11.4 comp ratio?

thanks ,I am having some problems with oil getting to the combustion chamber some how , thought it was the rings or mabey the valve guides/seals ? any opinions anyone?

If its valve guide seals, you will put out a pretty good puff of smoke upon starting the car. It will be more pronounced in the morning or when the car sits a long time.
