What springs are you guys using for these aggressive ramps? Rates and pressures would be great (Details!). Also, what lifters as well....Thanks!

Thanks Joe!

Like to hear from some other XE users. Especially the larger XE cams.

I have the XE230/236. I had the machine shop use CC987's double springs I think. The head did have to have a little machine work to allow the spring seats to work properly.

The machine shop did the heads so I know nothing about pressures or heights.

I am also using the stock lifters. I use this car mostly on the road course and it has worked perfectly so far and this runs the car at High RPM's for extended periods.

987's or 612's....haven't decided if I wanted to have the heads machined for the double springs...

I'm going with a 230/236 and 1.7 scorpion rollers (puts lift at .578/.589 I think). Combination Motorsports says their 612 springs are good for .600 lift so I should be fine. with them, and they are considerably less expensive than other springs I have seen

I have the dual Crane springs 99893 and set them up at 1.85 installed height for about 340lbs? (I can't recall for sure) open pressure. I used the Comp 850 oem replacement lifters.
