Comp R's??
Comp R's??
I have a cc306 i'm gonna install and I recently bought some comp r's for lifters. The way it sounds is these are not so good. Should I replace them with something else? If so what could I get for a resonalbe price? Is anyone running the comp R's without trouble?
Read the Comp R sticky and this recent thread: http://64.65.63.61/forums/showthread.php?t=501293 .
Comp R's are good as long as you have good valvetrain components and can adjust them accurately and to manufacturer's specification. They've been in my setup for two years and have worked flawlessly.
I second that. I spun mine to 7k(bouncing off rev limiter, OBD1 high stall issues at the track)and all looks fine.
