Comp Cams XE 502 Cam

Those of you with the 502 xe cam let me hear from you, your likes and dislikes.
I know it is a small cam but I'm not worried about that.

It is going in a stock 95 Z with a 2500 stall and 3.42 gears.

I loved that cam! It was the first one I put in the car. Got good milage, great torque and power. The car ran 12.4's@108 with intake,3.73's,2800 vig, and mid lengths. BTW the car sounded great, nice hit from the cam.

Its a great cam.You can definitely hear it.The powerband is flat from 2000-6000 RPM.I recommend it as long as you arent going for a max effort car.

Also look at the Crane 227 or "baby" cam. I think both would work well if you just want a little more power than the hotcam and still want to drive like stock.
