I have a 383 and would like to get more out of my engine N/A. Will the 467 grind (280 XFI) cam pass CA smog on a stroked engine?

The HC limit is 85 at 15 MPH, and 48 at 25 MPH. It has 58 degrees of overlap.

My Comp Cams 502 passed CA Smog with 48 degrees of overlap.
HC - 16 at 15 MPH.
HC - 34 at 25 MPH.

 

if your running a cat and an emissions tune you may make it. The extra 33 cubes will help things. I remember 5-6yrs ago people in CA got cc306's to pass so it possible.

Yes, the Comp Cams 230/236 112LSA will pass smog in CA. I passed with a stock tune with mods in my sig.

 

What were your HCs for 15 & 25 MPH? Also looks like you've got at 350 too.
