Re: Comp "468" cam

Comp cam suggested me this cam ,but there is too much intake duration for a daily drive ,so they suggested me to go 237/245 with same lifts and lsa.. I use 200 wet nitrous..

If you are going with a 200 shot then there is no reason to run such a rediculously large cam. BTW, Comp is going to push the XFI's... they are something new and want to get the word out whether or not its the right cam for you.

Honestly. I wouldnt go over 230 degrees duration at .050" lift unless you love cam surge and no low end torque topped off with bad gas mileage.

Gas mileage? You drive the wrong car to be worried about gas mileage. Its all about the power!

Its a 383cid with 210cc AFR competition, not a stock engine.. Cam motion and comp cam suggested almost the same camshaft..
How is gas mileage change? What do you expect? How many miles with one depot?
