Question Comp 305, What tune do I need???

I have a 95 Z and the motor is stock besides being 30 over and forged pistons with stock compression. With my shortys, no cat, and flowmaster 3 inch i went 13.7 on street tires. Right now im installing a comp 305 cam, valve springs recomended by fast times and a 160 stat and a k&N cai. What kind of tune will i need to run this cam??? Will i need injectors? Will it run for a lil while ok enough to drive without a tune? What kind of power can i expect with this cam on my stock heads? Will this cam be a lil lumpy cause i want it to have a good sound? Any horsepower wisdom is appreciated. Thanks.

I run the same cam on ported heads. I am still using the stock injectors and they are working fine. If your have high mileage it may be a good idea to get new ones.

I ued PCMforless.com for tuning and Bryan hit the tune dead on. I had the car dyno tuned about two years after I had gotten the tune and they were only able to squeeze 4 more HP out. The CC305 had a little lope but not alot.

WHY BE CHEAP

Do it right and spend the $125 on a tune. Damn. Or just wait before installing.
