Good questions.

a. There's not a piston maker out there Trey that will make a piston with less than 1.0" compression height. So the answer to the question is a BIG, NO.

2. Diamond and SRP... then there's the $$$ pistons, Wiseco (lightweight), BME, JE and CP. At least these are the ones I came across when choosing pistons for my build. I went with BME.

No, as I stated in "a".... no one will make a piston with less than 1.0-inch of compression height.... that means no 6.125" rods on a 3.875 stroke crank.
Those pistons are for 6.0" rods.
