coil location?

i need to know where the coil or ignition coil module is located on a 95 z28...

The coil and ICM are attahced to eachother by a bracket. On my 94 it is bolted on the driver side head.

i am tring to wire up a shift light... they said i need to run a green wire to the - side of the coil...

You can easily wire a shift light and stay inside the car by wiring it to C230, cavity D, white wire. The white wire goes to the red PCM connector pin 13 (tach signal).

Wire it to the pcm, not the coil.
