I just had an oil change done at Jiffy Lube and as I was driving away my SES light came on. So I went to AutoZone and the code was 300 which the guy happened to know was a random engine misfire.

Any idea what that means? Is it something I need to get fixed or can I just keep driving? Could it possibly have anything to do with the fact that my oil was just changed? It seems like a weird coincidence.
