Code 28, converter not locking up
Hey guys, my cars giving me a code 28, "Transmission Range (TR) pressure switch assembly fault" and the torque converter is not lockign up. The guy who built my tranny said when he grounded a wire, the tc locked up, so it is working fine, but he recomended me to take it in to this other place, and he says it could just be a broken wire (in which case he'd run a new one) but theres a chance the cars ecm is messed up. What should I do? anyone else have this problem? need help, im poor, and i have been saving for mods but don't want to have to blow it on something stupid like this

The only way to prove the computer is ok, would be to monitor the lead when the TCC is commanded on and look for a state change. I would have my doubts it being the computer, though, especially if it was working before the tranny work.
