Code 23 MAT is too Low?

I just did a scan using my AutoXRay EZ Scan 3000 and pulled up a "History Code #23 MAT is too Low"

I cleared the code, and ran a live data scan and noticed my Manifold Air Temperature is reading an erratic -40.0 F to +225.00 F leading me to believe I have a bad sensor.

My stupid question is which sensor? MAF? IAT? MAP? or is it something else?

I believe it's the IAT sensor. You could unplug it and then try to monitor it again. :)

I think I may of had a bad connection on the ground wire as both connector wires broke off after inspecting that connection.

Since I use a IAT relocator kit, the heavy connector may of loosened up the wire connections.

When I ran the live data test again, w/ no sensor, it read a steady -40F with no erratic Temp numbers.

I'll work on this again latter, thanks for your help!

Follow up: Indeed that's all the problem was, a broken IAT wire connection.

It's repaired, and my Z 's full performance has been restored!

Thanks again! :D
