Ok, I sort of posted on this a while back.

Basically something went wrong in my tranny (T-56) and when you push down the clutch pedal the pressure plate does not disengage.

So once it is started I cannot put it in gear.
If you put it in gear and start it, the car inches foward. However once the engine is going it doesn't go foward full force, it just inches, so it seems the pressure plate is partially disengaged, but not fully.

At first I thought it was the slave cyl, so I changed it (and had a lot of trouble getting ALL the air out) but that did no good.

I checked, and when you push the clutch pedal down the slave cyl pushes out, so the master and slave are working properly I would guess.

So what else could it be?

Should the end of the fork feel stiff? When I push it backward it is stiff, but I can actually pull it a bit foward and jiggle it maybe a millimeter or two side to side.
Does that mean it is broken, or would it be something else?

I suppose I am planning on getting a clutch, and pressure plate pretty soon.

Brat Motorsports will do the install for me for $300 including resurfacing the flywheel.

So what should I get?
A guy at thunder recomended I get the McLeod Performance Clutch Disk (37-261871) and McLeod Pressure Plate w/throwout (37-360822).
Total for that is about $430 plus shipping.

Is that a good clutch, or can I get a better clutch set for that price range.

I want a good bit more grip than stock, but I cant spend too much.
