Hello i have a 95 camaro z28 with 118,000 miles with 6 speed trans. When i release the clutch in 1st and accelerate it makes a faint grinding/rattling noise, but it only does it right before you fully release the clutch. when 1st is fully engaged it stops. when the car is in neutral it still makes the noise but it is very very faint. Any suggestions?.

 

Sounds like normal T56 noises. I believe it is the noisy throwout bearing, but someone might know better. I've had a '96 Z28 and now a '97 SS, both make sounds like that.
