i just replaced my clutch earlier this year and i am already having problems. First of the car has to be forced to be put in gear, secondly it pops out of gear sometimes when i let the clutch out.
I just need a little guidence.

 

Not going into gear sounds more like a syncro issue. Only in rare ocassions have i seen cases where the clutch is not fully engaging and this actually affecting how the syncros line up. As for poping out of gear, How often does it do happen? Borg Warner Transmissions are know for some quirks like this, especially after something like the clutch gets changed on the car. However, if it happens a lot it could be something more substantial.

 

well just before my car went to totall **** for about a week, every time i would put it in second, it would pop out. But if i held it in gear with my hand while engaging the clutch then it wouldnt pop out

 

Aside from having the trans ripped apart, you can try a fluid change. Some other people on the board have done this and it has helped the problem out quite a bit, but not cured it. Something is definatly out of wack in the trans.
