Cloyes New Timing Chain...?

I was looking through the summit magazine and I noticed that Cloyes has a chain that says "new" next to it. I have never seen this chain before, so I was curious if it just came out this month.

Part number: CLO-9-3151 Chevy LT1/LT4/L99 95-up...........349.95

Seems really spendy.

Is it equivalant to the GM Performance LT1 Timing Chain Kit?

Part number on that is NAL-12370835.......... I believe this is equivalant to the LT4 HD Timing chain?

I just was wondering if anyone has tried this one yet.

Can't remember but I think it's a true double roller chain where the crank gear is machined so the crank position sensor reluctor gear can be used. It's not new. It may be new to Summit but that chain has been around for years.

Yea it's not new......they have every chain imaginable....it's just you don't see the 400 dollar chains cause no one will buy them.
