Clouds of black smoke at WOT?

Is it normal to put out clouds of black smoke at full throttle? Whenever I run my car through the gears, black smoke pours out of the car the whole time. I don't have any misses at all, and the 02's are new. The 02 readings at WOT are usually around 915... If I keep getting on it it eventually clears up. My guess is I'm running rich as hell at part throttle causing my whole motor to carbon up. Could there be any other cause to this? And just to make sure, its not a tiney puff of black smoke, its a cloud that I can see clear as hell in my mirror.

The last time I dyno'd it was actually running lean on the dyno, between 13.5-13.3, unless the tune somehow changed.
