Climate Control INDICATOR LAMPS

I have two dead indicator lamps on my 97 Z28, and I need to replace them. Only problem is that I have no idea how to pull them out of the sockets, I've tried pulling straight out, but that hasn't worked -- don't have a clue. Wondering if anyone has replaced these indicator bulbs before and would know how to remove them. Thanks in advance...

There are two light sockets on the back of the AC panel. The sockets just twist out of the panel. The little bulbs in the socket just pull straight out. You will need to grip them with a needle nose. They get stuck in there and can be hard to get out. Sometimes they break while taking them out but they just pull straight out of their sockets..
