Clevite Rod& main bearings off ebay??

Clevite Rod& main bearings off ebay??
I was looking around on ebay and found a set of Clevite rod and main bearings for $39. Are standard small block chevy and LT1 bearings the same? And if so would this be a good rout to follow. Thanks again for your help.
