Chokemaster GONE!!! HOOKER....HELLO

Alright guys. I've had chokemaster on my car for like 5 months and i just hate it now. The cat always get clogged. So I put on a Hooker Competition Areo Chamber muffler. Its great, belive me, I get much better throttle response, better acceleration, AWESOME SOUND, no high speed hummmmm that u get with the slowmaster, and i love the Hooker so much better.

I give the Chokemaster a 6, and the Hooker a 9.9

Raising the BS flag here......I ran my car thru my "chokemaster" and thru a cutout the same day at the strip. The car ran identical times. As far as sound I'm tired of my Flowmaster and want something differant............however its stupid to think a Flowmaster kills your performace. If that was true they would be out of buisness.

Flowmaster is actually a good muffler....builds good back pressure ...I recommend it for chicks with a v6 camaro that still has hubcaps and a stock stereo with stuff hanging from the rearview..not guys like us that want a screaming, grunting, fire shooting out the pipes type car. lol

I've never seen an F-body with Flowbastards on them... but Just about EVERY!!! Mustang I've ever seen has a Flowbastard muffler. Only seen one Borlad Pony...and there's like 10 Mustangs for every Camaro round herre.

Yes they do have a nasty sound...when they have an exahust kit...I agree they win... but when we run no mufflers or No cutouts... It's like Hello Daytona!!!!

Is it a straight through design? Are you running it with your stock piping?

The part Number is HOK-21279, I have it hooked up with my mufflex off road pipe, to the flowmater cat back without the flowmaster cat.
