Haven't heard anything on Flowtech. I have heard Pacesetters weren't the best quality. I've heard quite a few times that the workmanship of the Pacesetter headers aren't top notch.

I ordered a set of pace setters last week, the long tube version. From what ive read they are a decent header, but not as quality as a set of hookers or jet hot. But they are about half the price . The power that is gained from a set of long tubes or any header depends on what other mods you have, and your exhaust system.

I've herd pace setter shorties suck, but the long tubes are ok..

I've been thinking about a set of the long tubes

Get some Jet Hot's! Coated and shipped for $525 I think. Be sure to tell them that your heard about them from cz28.com. They are the best value in LT's that are coated. And good quality too.
