Chipped valve edges???? Picture....
I showed it to my Dad(he's a Machinist) and the first things out of his mouth were incorrect heat treatment and/or high RPM/valve float(he added the RPM comment with a grin on his face....hehe
). He said the heat treatment of the valve was more than likely the problem. I don't think it's high RPM, because I've only recently(since cam install) bumped up the rev limiter to 6500. I've also only took it up there a couple of times....and then only to 6300(at track). The highest it's seen prior to that was the stock limiter.
