Checking for header leaks and LT4 KM question
Remove programming prior to KM install?
After a header install, is there a really good way to check for leaks that arent really obvious? How do I make sure its a good seal?
Second, I've got an HPP3 I used to change the gear ratio in my car. My question is should I put back the stock programming and then install the KM and then reprogram or is it okay to just put in the KM w/o taking out the programming first?
Thanks.

I can help you out on one of your ?s As far as checking for exhaust leak Start the car after its been started for a few hours you can put you hands right on the flanges and check for leaks before it gets do hot. Also look for black stains around the flange or primarys.

There is a heated debate on here about the Flowmaster muffler. If you do a search you will find one. I personally love the sound. You can tell a difference as soon as you start the car. When I first started it, I said "D**n!!" Some people say it doesnt flow as well as others but I could tell a noticeable difference in back pressure of the exhaust. To test, go down a hill and let off the gas. Once you get the muffler, there wont be as much back pressure. Its a matter of opinion. Some flow better, others sound better. Its up to what you want.

Anyone got anything on the KM question?
Thanks
