checked fuel pressure at rail and got 34 lbs with vacum line attached good or bad?

checked fuel pressure at rail and got 34 lbs with vacum line attached good or bad?

car runs like crap just trying one thing at a time book calls for 41 to 47 lbs at idle with vaccum line attached so is this a problem so if so were should i start to look thanks.

That sounds about right with the line on. It's pretty easy to pull it if you want to check it with it off.

The Helms manual calls for 41-47 with the vacuum line off.
