changing shifter

when changing stock shifter to a pro-5
has anyone tried to make a paper gasket
or just use the atv silicone

When? Right away

...Don’t use paper gasket, just some silicone, but make sure the shifter will be clean...Find some guide (it will save you some time)...You will be more than happy with the shifter. I had my stock shifter for about a week and after the change to PRO 5.0 I couldn’t believe that I was waiting that long..
