Changing Heater Hose Assy....

Hey guys, I'm finally addressing my last major coolant system demon...the heater hose assembly with the leaky flow valve. Any tips on how to get this freakin' thing out? And the new one back in? I'm talking about the hole assembley with aluminum tubing and all...

I've pulled the alternator, but I still can't pull the hoses out. I don't mind cutting it to get it out, but I don't want to cut the new one to get it back in

Thanks...

Re: Changing Heater Hose Assy....

I got the hoses in...I separated them and they came out pretty easily. There is a plate that holds them together so I just pried them out of there. They also went in pretty easily.

I'm just not sure if I have them routed correctly up front. Anyone know if both heater hoses go behind the A/C line and between the radiator hose?
