Ok, went and got the bulbs today, went to change it, cant figgure out how to get to the bulbs. That torx bolt dosnt look like it does anything except for direct the light. Id really like to not take my car apart to change the freaking fog lights. thanks.

 

Sorry, but you need to take the front off underneath to change them. It took me 45 minutes to change those dam things
The worst part was putting them back in. I had to put half in from the back, plug in the bulbs, then put the front half on from the front.

theres two pins on the sides of the lamps pull them out and they come off the mounting bracket the inside ones are hard. somone showed me a descripiton ill see if i can find it later and ill send you the link hope this helps

 

Do the pin pull method. You have to take the torx bolt out then you just pull the pin out on each side and it pops right out.

Two methods are explained here. Knock yourself out and try one on one light and the other on the other light. Although, taking the housing out through the front is probably the best way IMO.
