changing exhaust

I'm got my car apart to have my jet-hots redone and i was thinking about changing my exhaust setup. right now i have a mufflex y-pipe with a 4" to 3" reducer and a small pipe with a bullet muffler and a turn down. it sounds great but would like a slightly different sound. I was thinking about doing the x-pipe and 2 bullet mufflers, but how much different will that sound that just the one bullet?

either that or insted of bullets, maybe 2 other mufflers, depending on ground clearence.

i dont want a catback system.

and i've already had side exhaust on my car once, and with my ground effects i dont have much room. I wish i could get a nascar type pipe to run under my car and out infront of my rrear wheels, the 3" round is just too big.
