I just put hooker LT's in and I feel lots of vibration in the car and my engine is vibrating. I just changed the tranny mount. Car has 120k miles. My guess is sagged engine mounts. How hard it would be for me to change the engine mounts while the engine is in? I took a look under the car and it looked that passenger side mount is not that hard to change, but driver side one looks pretty hard to access
