changeing rod bolts

i am rebuilding my motor in my 1996 chevy camaro i ordered a set of arp wave lock rod bolts (stock rods)how do i change them press old one out and press the new one in or do i need to resize the holes

You need to take them to a machine shop to have the rods resized. They will swap the bolts out at the same time as part of the operation.

what u mean resized how much does that normal cost
