changed head gasket.. now I have low oil pressure, groaning, stalling, etc.. wth?

My heads were warped and I was losing compression, so I had the heads milled, and put it back on with impala head gaskets.

Well, the car now is acting very strange, nothing like I've ever seen before. The car seems to run pretty strong, but i still can't enjoy driving it. Here are the symptoms:

1) Car runs great when i start it cold, but after it warms up, it barely idles, stalls, and has no power. However, if I unplug one O2 sensor, the car runs ok.
If I unplug the MAF while its running, the car dies immediatley. if I try to crank the car again, it fires up, then dies again.

2) My oil pressure at idle is about 10psi - the needle floats above the red. At about 2k rpms, it'll hit 20psi.

3) Around 1500-2000rpms, my engine/exhaust makes a strange "groaning" noise, sounds like gear noise with really big gears.

4) I have a MAC high-flow cat, but standing behind the car makes my eyes water very badly.

5) The car spits/sputters when I gas it in high gear at low throttle. The hissing bounces off walls and is very loud.

Help! I haven't been able to drive a normal camaro for the past year, my camaro has been acting up and I can't get it fixed.

Vacuum line not hooked up?

Intake manifold leak?

Dunno about the low oil psi though.

I wonder if is running too rich that it killed the 02 sensor?
Wouldn't you want to put 02 simms instead, since you have off-road y-pipe?
Or have it re-tuned?

zhevy-1: Nah, i have a 95, only 2 O2s.

Ok so guys, this is what i've been doing: I've been driving with the driver's side O2 unplugged, so that the car doesn't enter closed loop and run like crap. It seems to run better.

The interesting thing, is that the car runs a buttload better when I have the MAP unplugged.

How without a MAP connected, how is everything determined? tps/engine rpm? How efficient is this?

I'm pretty sure my MAP sensor is bad. My question is though - how much performance am I losing by driving with the MAP sensor unplugged, and an O2 unplugged?

Thanks for all the help so far.
