I changed the chip, very easy instructions from madz28.com, thanks Ion!

Anyway, let it warm up a couple minutes, got on the freeway, & let it rip, I shifted 3rd to 4th @5000rpm, then hit the gas till I hit 110, sweet.

I slowed down to 70mph, went to hit the accelerator, I heard sort of like an exhaust leak, on the left hand side of the engine, I thought it was the K&N FIPK sucking up air, but I guess not. Where could the leak come from if I have JBA's? the header gasket?

The noise sounds like an intermittant sucking up sound, tsss tsss tsss tsss tsss, only when I'm accelerating hard, any ideas??? Where could the leak be coming from? Or is it that I might have done something to the head area? Valve?

Let me hear your comments, they are greatly appreciated.

 

Try working the simple things first; tighten up the header bolts and see what happens.
