Lightbulb CC306 w/ stock LT1 heads

anybody here run the CC306 cam with the stock LT1 heads(not including valve springs and rockers) i was thinking about doing a 306 swap with 1.6 RR... I know one person that did this setup, but i just want to get evrybodys opinion and idea about this...thanx

To be honest i would just save my money until I could do heads and cam, You wont get the full potential of that cam without ported heads, you could do a lt4 cam, That would run better on stock heads, You will most likely have surging problems with the 306 and stock heads.

I have that combo but I haven't finished building the car.
Hopefully it won't run too bad.
