just wondering what cam i would see best results from on a 6 spd car. stock heads or course, I'm determining which cam to use. sooner or later, the heads will be ported, but which is best, and what kind of rwhp can i expect to make on each. thanx. (all this is assumed with 52mm tb, headers, catback.)

 

These are two completely different cams. I'm no cam expert but it all depends what you are looking for. I know the cc306 is going to be less streetable and a lot less tame. Do a search and you will find a lot on this board about both cams. They are both very popular but are used for different reasons by different people.

 

if u dont plan on porting your heads any time soon, or dont plan on replacing your torque convertor and valve springs and such... i would get the hot cam... still a very nice cam, tons of posts about it on the forum.
